Project Management
At fi Studio, not only do we want to surpass your organization’s expectations with each project, we also aspire to make the process itself, inherently, the most friendly, efficient, and pleasant experience possible. We do this by implementing our exclusive process for each project.
The Meeting
At the start of each project, we like to meet with our clients face to face. This initial meeting helps each party to better communicate and understand exactly what the project aims at accomplishing. Occasionally, when more convenient for either party (particularly during the winter months), we will substitute a physical meeting with a video conference.
The Blueprint
After discussing the project in detail with you and your organization during our initial meeting, we will create a detailed blueprint that encompasses all of the details and goals of the project. Once you have received this blueprint, we will work with you to make any necessary revisions until we have we have a solid plan of action.
The Creation
Once the project has begun, we will start by creating the look and feel of your project and gradually move onto the functionality. Every time a major milestone is met (as dictated by the blueprint), we will contact you to receive either a sign-off or list of revisions.
The Testing
After all the major project milestones have been completed, the project will enter a testing stage where it will be accessible to you, your team, and any other alpha testers that you may enlist.
The Deployment
Once any major bugs have been ironed out, your project will be deployed. Depending on the size and nature of your project, it may be beneficial to release a beta version that slowly extends the original group of alpha testers to the main target audience (a decision that is made during the blueprint process).
The Follow-up
Ultimately, every project’s success should be judged by the results that are produced. That’s why at fi Studio, we are dedicated to keeping in touch after every project’s completion to help you and your organization review the analytics and make adjustments (if needed).
